Congratulations to our James Beard Award winners!

The James Beard Awards are often called the “Oscars” of the food world. On June 8th, 2008, we had five books nominated and three of them came home winners in four different categories, including the ultimate top honor: Cookbook of the Year 2007. With this award, Ten Speed Press has now won Cookbook of the Year three times the past four years, and has won more James Beard Awards over the past nine years than any other publisher. This is an amazing achievement considering we are up against the biggest and best of the New York publishers and many superstar chefs.
